Eldeco Magnolia Park is located in sector 119, Noida.There is a proposed metro lin at walking distance from the project location. The locatin is already at advanced stage of development unlike othher sector of noida and noida extension. Most of the sector roads and sector utilities like water, sewer etc are already in palce. Site is easily accessible from fully inhabited sectors of noida and the last metro station which is just 5 minute away.
