  2. It seems living in Wave City, a township coming up on NH 24 Ghaziabad, will be a treat. Reason: It is expected to have mechanised cleaning & sweeping, closed loop City Mass Rapid Transport system; 2 acre park for a population of every 400 people and a lake spanning 3 acres.
